Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every order ships tracked from our atelier warehouse in Kyiv within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

• United States — Standard $15 (5–7 business days), Express $35 (2–3 business days). Complimentary standard shipping over $350.
• European Union — Standard €12 (3–5 business days), Express €25 (1–2 business days). Complimentary standard shipping over €300. Duties are included.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn pieces with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange. Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges; for refunds we deduct a flat $10 / €10 label fee.

To start a return, email care@vilna.fashion with your order number. Refunds are issued within five business days of the parcel reaching us.

Made-to-measure and altered pieces

Pieces altered at your request are final sale. We will always confirm this with you before starting work.
