Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order where a price or stock error has occurred; in that case you will be refunded in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in USD or EUR depending on your region. EU prices include VAT and duties; US prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace or refund it once the carrier confirms the loss.

Returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; we extend the same 14-day window to all customers. See Shipping & returns for the process.

Warranty

We repair manufacturing faults free of charge for two years from delivery. Normal wear, misuse and damage from incorrect care are excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
